It is this subjective life of others that as researchers we seek to explore and form an understanding of. This in turn allows us to identify and recommend resolutions to embed a culture of continuous improvement within our local communities, education and wider society.
Despite seeking to work without bias, we must recognise our researchers will inevitably leave footprints of themselves in the curation and direction of the projects they conduct. Always seeking to be reflexive practitioners who immerse themselves, their knowledge and passion, often to the point of saturation.
